We're an agency that has clients (external users) that need to submit task requests for my team to complete.

This just needs to be a form (great if it could have custom fields) that external users have access to and after submission it gets an "Under Review" task status.

Honestly shocked that this is not a function for those outside the company. What project with any business using any system would not need the client to be able to request or add new tasks to an ongoing or future project. Not sure how anyone uses this system without that. It is literally unusable until then. The workaround for anyone trying to use this system with clients would be to create fake tasks that the client can then edit and change to a real task because it is already built by admin, but crazy that we would have to do that just so a client can post a new task for us to complete on their own project. In short this is a baseline feature and needs to get escalated!
